Established in 1953 | A Legacy of Higher Education
Shri Sangameshwar Education Society’s Sangameshwar College, Solapur was established in June 1953 by the visionary leaders Late Shri N. B. Kadadi and Late Shri M. B. Kadadi. The institute stands proudly and serenely at the historic Saat Rasta Chowk, Solapur, bearing more than five decades of rich legacy in higher education.
Over the years, the institution has progressively emerged as a leader in higher education, continuously striving for academic excellence under the able guidance of Chairman Smt. H. M. Kadadi and Secretary Shri D. A. Kadadi.
Under the dynamic leadership of Incharge Principal Dr. D. D. Pujari, the dedicated and self-motivated faculty members are steering the institution towards higher goals and broader horizons. The college has successfully preserved its rich heritage while simultaneously embracing modern educational practices.
The institute has earned distinction by contributing eminent academicians to the field of higher education. The appointment of its faculty members to the prestigious post of Vice-Chancellor stands as a testament to its academic excellence.
